All full time students of Class XI & XII are eligible to participate in Qbiz, irrespective of any stream. The quiz aims at testing the students and providing them a platform to showcase their business acumen and knowledge.
Qbiz is conducted in three rounds: School, Regional, and Grand Finale. The winners of each round proceed forward in the competition.
Nominate a team of two students who will become the face of Qbiz in your school. These students are responsible for assisting the Qbiz team in conducting Round 1 of the quiz.
Your volunteers are awarded certificates of appreciation for their role. The volunteers also form a team (designated as “Team A”) and gain direct entry to the Qbiz Regional Round.Team A is not required to particiate in Round 1.
Qbiz visits your school and conducts a 20 question multiple choice test with no negative marking. After the test:
-Top three students are rewarded trophies and certificates.
-First and second position holders will consitute “Team B” of the school and gain entry to Round 2.
-“Team A” (your school’s nominated Qbiz volunteers) will gain entry to Round 2.
Four regional rounds are held across North India. Each participating school has two teams representing them at their respective Regional Round (Team A and Team B). Regional rounds are held in: Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Dehradun, and Shimla.
After the test:
The winning team from each regional round will gain entry to the Grand Finale.
-Two additional “wild card” teams will be selected for entry for the Grand Finale through a lucky draw.
Venue will be announced during Round 1.
Six teams will battle it out on the main stage at the Qbiz Grand Finale. Champions win Apple products, bring home the Qbiz Trophy, and earn eternal bragging rights.
